Project Overview
The very first complete data center that I built was at ADASI. The main purpose was to support the IT development and operational activities of the JV that ADASI had entered into with an Italian technology provider.
I managed and led the entire process of initiation, developing requirements, selecting the technology partners and delivery. Emphasis was placed on the provider who could provide services in both Windows and AIX environments.
